All subscription payments are billed in advance.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once service access has been activated. Refund requests may be reviewed within 7 days of payment at the discretion of Yosipo Technologies.
Users may cancel their subscription anytime. Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not provide refund for the current billing period.
If payment is deducted but service is not activated, contact support within 48 hours.
